What are the Webspace access settings?

In order to use your Webspace, you need to know two main things:

1. FTP details – so you can transfer files from your computer to ours.

2. Web details – so you can view your files on the Web once they are on our server.

These settings may differ depending on your type of Virgin Media account. Choose your primary email address domain from the list below to see the settings relevant to your account type.
