About the change in format of your username
Your e-mail software may previously have been set up to use a computer-generated, non-personalised username such as at003c6326. This username format is now being replaced by the entire e-mail address for the primary alias on each of your mailboxes, e.g., richard.branson@blueyonder.co.uk. If you use a mailbox that has no aliases assigned to it, the username will remain as the computer-generated version, but will still need to end with the domain name, e.g., at003c6326@blueyonder.co.uk. If you're not sure whether your account has any aliases assigned to it, log in to My Virgin Media and click Email addresses, usernames and passwords, then click the Details link on the first e-mail account. You will see a list of any aliases on that account under the heading Other addresses mapped to this mailbox.
