There are two ways to get your Super Hub back into Hub mode:
Un-tick the Modem Mode option
- Access the Super Hub’s settings page via the web page shown on the back of the unit. If you have enabled Modem Mode on your Super Hub (the logo on the front will be glowing purple) you will need to use 192.168.100.1 instead. For more information, check Configuring advanced settings on the Virgin Media Super Hub.
- Once you've logged in, click Super Hub Settings.
- In the Modem Mode section, click the Disable Modem Mode button.
You’ll see a pop-up asking you to confirm the change.
- Click Yes to continue.
Your Super Hub will reboot and return to hub mode.
Pin hole reset
You can return the Super Hub to its factory settings and restart it in Hub mode. To find out how to do a pin-hole reset, check How do I reset the Virgin Media Super Hub?
Note: This method will remove any custom configurations you've made on the Super Hub.
