How do I sign in to My Virgin Media?
You sign in to My Virgin Media by entering your:
- Username - this is your Virgin Media email address (it ends in virginmedia.com, ntlworld.com, virgin.net or blueyonder.co.uk), unless you have already chosen a different email address, like Gmail or Hotmail, as your My Virgin Media username.
- Password - you set this when you registered your account, click here if you've forgotten your password
You'll need your 9 digit account number and your 2 digit area reference code - these are shown at the top of your paper bill or eBill notification email.
