How do I sign in to My Virgin Media?

You sign in to My Virgin Media by entering your:

  • Username - this is your Virgin Media email address (it ends in,, or, unless you have already chosen a different email address, like Gmail or Hotmail, as your My Virgin Media username.
  • Password - you set this when you registered your account, click here if you've forgotten your password

Click here if you need to register your My Virgin Media account.

You'll need your 9 digit account number and your 2 digit area reference code - these are shown at the top of your paper bill or eBill notification email.
