How do I set up the Push2Sync USB adapter?
The Push2Sync USB adapter is designed for use with the Virgin Media Super Hub, although it can also be used to connect to the standard Virgin Media Hub or to any other compatible wireless router.
The adapter doesn't require an installation CD, and setup is quick and easy.
Here's what you need to do.
Before you plug in the Push2Sync USB adapter
Make sure that you have set up your Virgin Media Super Hub or your wireless router before you try to connect the Push2Sync USB adapter to your computer.
Setting up the Push2Sync USB adapter
1. Plug the Push2Sync USB adapter into a spare USB port on the machine you'd like to connect to your wireless network. The USB port should look similar to the magnified version shown below.

Your computer will detect that the Push2Sync USB adapter has been plugged in, and will then prompt you to install the necessary software.
2. When prompted, click Run AutoInst.exe.

3. Click Install.

The software will now be installed. When the process is complete, you will see the message below.
4. Click OK to close the installation screen.

Going online with the Push2Sync USB adapter
Once both devices are set up, please follow this guide to see how to make a wireless connection between the Virgin Media Super Hub and the Push2Sync USB adapter.
Once you've set up the connection, you won't need to press the buttons again unless you are setting up another machine using an additional Push2Sync USB adapter.
As an alternative method to using the Virgin Media and Sync buttons, you can instead scan for available wireless networks, just as you would if you had a built-in wireless adapter. For guides on how to do this, please see the following articles:
