How do I start a Live Online Chat session?

  1. Download and open the Hub (for help see How do I download the DHS Hub?).
  2. Click on the ‘Live Online Chat’ button.
  3. You’ll see a screen like this whilst we connect you to a Tech Expert
  4. And when you see this screen, away you go…
