How do I switch from my current supplier?

Switch to Virgin Media - in 3 easy steps
It couldn't be simpler!

  • You don't need a MAC code
  • You can normally keep your BT phone number and stop paying BT line rental
  • You won't be without your broadband, TV or phone
  • We can install all your services in one go!
  • Plus, you could save money with our great value bundles

Step 1: Choose your new services

Want superfast fibre optic broadband? Plus a top digital TV and phone package? With Virgin Media, you can get it all from one place. Either pick one of our brilliant value bundles, or build your own. Then tell us which installation date suits you best. You can normally choose any date in the next 10 days.

Then it's out with the old and in with the new! One of our friendly engineers will install your services and leave everything ship shape. Then you're ready to sit back and enjoy the power of fibre optic broadband, TV and phone!

Step 3: Cancel your old services

It's easy peasy, we've even written the letter for you! Just download the cancellation letter to your provider below, fill in the blanks and pop it in the post box.
