Can I withhold my phone number?

There are two ways to withhold your number. You can use:

  • Number Conceal -- Dial 141 before entering the phone number you wish to call. You will need to enter 141 each time you want to conceal your number.

  • Permanent Number Conceal -- Keeps your number private every time you make a call (even if you’re already ex-directory).  You can subscribe by calling our team on 150 from a Virgin Media home phone or on 0345 454 1111* from any other phone and select option 1.

If you want to override permanent number conceal and leave your number, dial 1470 before you make the call.
