Telephone Preference Service (TPS)

The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) helps you to make sure your phone number is no longer available to organisations who may call you with offers and information you don't wish to receive. To register for the Telephone Preference Service, visit the link below:

If you're receiving unsolicited sales and marketing calls on your Virgin Phone, and you haven't given prior consent to receive such messages, you can ask the marketer to stop sending these. They're legally obliged to act upon your request. If you're still receiving these calls, you can complain either to the Direct Marketing Association or the Information Commisioners Office.

If you've been troubled by calls where the phone rings but on answering there's no one there, you might like to register your number on the Silent Call Guard Service on 0844 372 2325.
