How do I pay by credit or debit card?

The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit. We’ll automatically take your payments each month, and you’ll save £60 a year!

Alternatively, you can use your credit or debit card to make one-off payments.

If you receive a paper bill, it’s easy to make a payment using your credit or debit card, using our QuickPay service. It’s available 24/7, and you’ll receive a receipt via email.

To use QuickPay, all you need is your payment reference number and area reference code from your bill, an email address and your credit or debit card details handy. Just go to and follow the on-screen instructions.

Alternatively you can call our automated payment service on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone and select option 1.

If you view your bills online, you can sign in My Virgin Media to make a payment by selecting My Bills at the top of the page and clicking Make a payment.

You can use any of these cards to make a one-off payment: Switch, Delta, Electron, MasterCard or Visa.
