Getting started with your TV smart card

Swapping your old TV Smart Card for your new one is easy. But there are a few things to think about first.

Before you get started, make sure that:

  • You have received your TV Smart Card
  • Your set top box and your television are plugged in and switched on
  • Your set top box is not recording
  • You don't want to watch or record for the next 20 minutes
  • You have located the slot with the current Smart Card in it
