Dial Up Connection

Why doesn’t my new or reformatted computer connect to the Internet? (cable dial-up)

If you’re having some trouble connecting a new computer, or one you’ve reformatted, it could be because the computer does not have a dialler set up for dial-up networking. We can help you set this up – just follow the steps below.

Use Windows XP? Click here to create a dialler.

Got a Mac? Click here to create a dialler.

Use Windows Vista? Click here to create a dialler.

Use Windows 2000? Click here to create a dialler (We no longer support Windows 98 and Windows ME).

Just to let you know, you can only have one computer plugged into your cable modem and working at any one time.
