Dial Up Connection
Why doesn’t my new or reformatted computer connect to the Internet? (national dial-up)
If you’re having some trouble connecting a new computer, or one you’ve reformatted, it could be because the computer does not have a dialler set up for dial-up networking. We can help you set this up – just follow the steps below.Use Windows XP? Click here to create a dialler.
Got a Mac? Click here to create a dialler.
Use Windows Vista? Click here to create a dialler.
Just to let you know, you can only have one computer plugged into your cable modem and working at any one time.
