How to report webforum or message board abuse

Webforum or message board abuse usually involves but is not limited to the posting of offensive or malicious material.

If anyone encounters an abuse of a web based forum that originates from a Virgin Media customer we would ask that the incident is reported to the Virgin Media Internet Security team.

What to include in a report

  • The content of the post(s).
  • The IP address responsible for making the post(s).
  • The time stamp of the event and a confirmation of the time zone that the time stamp was recorded in.
  • A brief description of why you wish to make the report.
