How to store email when you’re not connected to the Internet

You need to be connected up to your Virgin Media Internet connection in order to download your e-mail messages from the server, but don't worry, people can still e-mail you when you're not connected. We'll just store the messages on our servers (which are permanently connected to the Internet), and they'll be there for you when you're ready to download them to your computer.

You've got plenty of e-mail storage space to use on our servers – enough for many thousands of e-mails! If you somehow manage to go over your storage limit, any e-mails that get sent to your address will be returned to the sender, with a message explaining why. Here's what to do if the sender receives a "mailbox full" message.
