Want to work faster? There are a few handy shortcuts which mean you can do things like reply to an email, save it or forward it, simply by pressing a combination of keyboard keys, which is quicker than finding the menu for what you want to do.

Here is a list of the shortcuts that work in the Main and View Message windows in Outlook Express. They all use the Control (Ctrl) key; keep this key pressed in whilst you press the other key or keys listed below.
